15,000 m2 of temperature controlled warehouse with storage capacity of 6.5m cubic ft. and temperature ranging from -20'C to +15 'C. 

The facility will incorporate state-of -the art refrigeration, including blast freezing of individual products. It will accommodate storage requirements of clients from numerous industries, including pharmaceutical, electronics, fresh and frozen foodstuffs.

IBR Role: project developer, turn-key execution as EPC contractor, equity participation.
